Marthe Nadar's career followed in her family's footsteps. Like Adrien, she started out as a painter. In the 1930s, she became a precious collaborator for her father, heping with everything from photo shoots to managing the clientele. When he died, Paul Nadar left the studio to her in his will. Her premature death, just nine years later, marked the end of the Nadar studio.
